Please first confirm your preferred date and time with the attendant via chat. After clicking the “Ask for availability” button, a notification will be sent to the attendant, and you can start chatting on the Messages page. Once both parties agree on the date and time, please confirm the booking and proceed with the payment.
If you and the attendant cannot agree on a date and time, please cancel the reservation request at that point (before confirming the reservation). If you wish to cancel after booking and making the payment, the refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
VANCHA TRIP Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the plan will receive a full refund.
2.Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the plan will receive a 50% refund.
3.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the plan, or no-shows without prior notice, are non-refundable.
