On the Plan page, please select your preferred date and time and click the “Ask for Avaliablity” button. Your Attendant will be notified, and you will be able to coordinate details with them via the Messages page. Once the date and time is confirmed with the Attendant, the booking will be confirmed and you will be able to proceed with the payment.
Before Reservation is Confirmed: If you and the Attendant cannot agree on a date and time, please cancel the reservation request.
After Reservation is Confirmed: Your refund will be processed according to the VANCHA TRIP Cancellation Policy, outlined below.
VANCHA TRIP Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the plan are eligible to receive a full refund, unless otherwise specified.
2.Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the start of the plan are eligible to receive a 50% refund, unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the plan are non-refundable.
4. No-shows without a cancellation will incur the full plan fee, and are non-refundable.
*Cancellation Policies may vary between attendent and plan. Cancellation Policies set by individual Attendants for specific plans take precedence over VANCHA TRIP’s General Policy. Be sure to review the Cancellation Policy listed on each plan before making a reservation.
